Atmosphere on point!

Cosy hotel, relaxed with nice amenities and quiet central location. Great staff. I had a room close to the elevator, which is fine but the beeping noise every time someone presses the button and when the elevator arrives is very unnecessary, top tip from a frequent traveler to remove or at least lower that sound.

Reception service could be improved

Service could be improved. Had to phone reception from my room to fix my window - they didn’t pick it up for 20 minutes upon which I had to go downstairs myself to speak to them in person. Check-out staff could have been also more friendly

The service of the hotel is so bad . The cleaning service will just entered your room early in the morning at 8am without knocking the door in advanced. I was staying in this room for 2 night and the cleaning service woman just entered my room when i was inside the room ! I told the front dest and they didnt even remind the cleaning woman about it . Another thing is that i forgot my stuff in the room , came back on the same day to search for it , they couldnt find me thing and asked me to write an email , and till now no reply from the hotel . Worst experience!

Poor response time to incoming phone calls!

My train was delayed by over two hours. I had someone waiting in the lobby. I tried calling the hotel and was put on hold for fifteen minutes. I sent a message, as I was directed to requesting a callback. The message said I would get an email. NO CALLBACK. NO EMAIL. When I arrived at the hotel, there were three associates at the reception desk. When I told them what happened, they were indifferent. I don’t blame them. They’ve just never been trained in the art of customer service. Can’t wait to see the bill for fifteen minutes of roaming charges. An additional delight!

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht bestens ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in Hamburg. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Bra läge.

Centralt boende. Tyvärr lite dålig service när man pratar engelska. Ingen som informerade om parkering så när vi inte kom ut så blev det väldigt dumt och ingen som bad om ursäkt att de missat. Sängarna hårda. Plus var baren - superbra personal där.

Grossartigen Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war super. Beim einchecken hatte ich die Wahl für ein Zimmer und auf die Frage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer hat der Mitarbeiter ein Zimmer in einem mittleren Stockwerk empfohlen, welches auch sehr ruhig war. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer neu und unglaublich sauber! Ich danke herzlich für den fantastischen Aufenthalt. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.
