2x the hotel had no access due to events. The hotel never advised or notified that all street would be shut down surrounding the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t complimentary, coffee want complimentary. And when asked for a nice room, we were given a pleasant view of the roof AC units. Next time I’ll search for another hotel.

We left to eat breakfast. I guess I didn’t research the breakfast there because I assumed it would come with the stay….. like most hotels do. There was little to no breakfast options and the prices were ridiculous. We found a really nice restaurant to eat at for breakfast that was nearby and worth the drive! Coffee only available in the morning for purchase unless you use the little coffee maker in the room? Room was fine and the cleanliness was good but there are just things you would expect at a hotel. We have never left a hotel room in bad condition. We always clean everything up and put all the trash together and “make the bed”, put the towels in a pile and probably do a lot more than most people do when they leave. I will not be staying again.

Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. The Location is Excellent and makes for a Great Easy walking area! Always a Pleasure to visit

Booked a couple rooms for the Family and We are Regulars in the Summer at this Hotel. The Remodel is ongoing but we had the pleasure to stay in the new rooms and they are so much nicer and great! They were sold out the night before and we had to stay across the river and had an awful stay so arriving to the Courtyard it was an instant sigh of relief to deal with their professionalism, concerns and solutions in anything that is needed. Truly appreciate the Great Staff there! You guys do a Great job! And always look forward to staying and the Great Brewery and spots across the Street :)
