Large clean room. Old warehouse with polished cement floors and tall industrial ceilings. Area had a lot of abandoned warehouses but seemed safe.

Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable but many rooms are interior facing to an unfinished warehouse space, the unfinished spaces should at least be cleaned up for the price.

The staff was pleasant, and the warehouse-to-hotel conversion is a really cool concept. However, the rooms had a strong chemical smell, and there was no proper air ventilation, which ultimately gave me a headache. Additionally, the pillows weren’t very comfortable. It has great potential, but the air quality and comfort needs to be addressed.

LOVED this hotel! It's a totally unique property in a renovated paper mill and warehouse, right on the waterfront. The staff was lovely -- very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE with super high ceilings, a nice couch, chair, and desk, and a firm but comfortable bed. The property continues on into a convention center, with a restaurant, bar, and entertainment venues. There's a great gym across the street that your stay gains you access to. It's a quick 15-20 minute drive to Oxford and Miami U. We will absolutely stay here again!

Best night of sleep I have had in a long time. Yes our window overlooked a parking garage, but it made the room super dark and it was surprisingly quiet. The fridge was not plugged in upon arrival and there wsa a spill on the floor but overall great experience

We love this hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel when you are in town for kids sports! Plenty of laundry facilities which is essential when kid’s sport clothes need daily cleaning. Love the restaurant too.

I enjoyed staying at thos location. The staff was amazing, and the hotel is large enough to where you do not have to leave the property if you choose not too. There is an amazing gym directly across the street, also part of the hotel, along with various options to eat. I would certainly stay again.

I usually do not write reviews, however I will make the exception and write one. The room was clean, and unique. The staff were all friendly. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, when I asked at the front desk I was given a Keurig coffee maker, the clerk asked what kind of coffee I preferred, and I stated black coffee. I was given 1 black coffee, 1 decaf coffee. Now for the bad part...... The mattress was the worst that I've ever slept on. It was saggy, and lumpy. It appeared and felt like it should have been replaced 2 years prior. I could not get comfortable. If the mattress was in better shape, perhaps I wouldn't have been at the front desk at 3am asking for a coffee maker.

Very innovative, clean and good service. A couple of things that can make it even better. Coffee should be available at all times but certainly until noon. We ran into not having coffee a few times. The beds have very sharp edges, and my husband, daughter and I have been injured after accidentally hitting our legs or feet against them.

Rebecca at the front desk was very sweet. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready and we had to sit in a long line. Only person helpful at the front desk was Rebecca. She remained calm under the pressure. We had to get ready in the bathroom. Also, the room was very nice and clean. I just noticed a small stain on the sheets. I would stay here again they just need to fix housekeeping. The hallways were loud during quiet hours as well
