Great place to stay for a weekend trip! Our room was large and clean and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Decent buffet breakfast and the restaurant right next door is convenient and serves great food! The fitness center had good equipment as well. Perfect location by the river walk. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

The riverside view was beautiful and the extra blackout shades made sleeping easy. The breakfast in the morning was fine. Especially loved the liege waffles and thick cut bacon. I would stay here again if my travels required it.

The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. Such a different vibe of a room layout--loved that. We didn't experience the bar or breakfast, but the beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The only issue we had was that we made our reservation well in advance and when we checked in we were told they oversold King rooms so we had 2 Queens. Didn't love that.

Really enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were pretty good. Service at the desk was good, but staffing could be better. I had to approach the desk for service a couple of times as towels could not be delivered to the room. This hotel should be able to assist guests for these slight oversights. The last day of my stay, my room was not serviced, and I needed to go to the desk for towels. This is unacceptable, and the staff should not have to apologize. I was told the cleaning crew readied rooms for new guests, and the second cleaner was out that day. The new guests as a priority is unacceptable to me. I paid completely for my room, and I should not be approaching the desk for towels. We also had two dirty glasses that were not replaced, and I did not feel like another trip downstairs. The young lady at the desk was kind, helpful, and apologetic, but the situation is unacceptable. I am not the maid I was paying for. Additionally, “pride” flags were on either side of the walkway as welcome. I don’t need a political statement at the hotel. Many people disagree, vehemently, with this tribute foisted upon them. I am one of those people. What people do outside of work is their own business. It is not my interest.
