A very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and a great restaurant. Very close to the motorway so no time is wasted if your stop is part of a longer journey but still very peaceful. One of the most comfortable beds my wife and I have ever slept in. Strongly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was absolutely picturesque, and the hotel grounds were breathtaking. A really interesting combination of old German charm with a modern flare. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and both meals were great. If I’m ever in the area again I will consider Gut Kump a must stay location.

Die Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.

Leider musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, da beteits im Ersten Zimmer ein Silberfisch im Bett war. Habe dann das Zimmer gewechselt. Im zweiten Zimmer hatte ich ebenfalls zwei Silberfische. Ansonsten sehr moderne schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück ließ jedoch ebenfalls deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Von 6 Teesorten, die hälfte vergriffen. Die Aufschschnitt auswahl, sehr übersichtlich.

Tolles Hotel; gerne mal wieder!

Ein außerhalb aber toll gelegenes Hotel mit schöner Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und großzügig mit Terrasse. Ein leckeres Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, allerdings war der Bereich durch die vielen Gäste sehr voll.

Der Herr Daniel Dil war sehr hilfreich wegen meine komplizierte Anreise. Das einzige was bisschen schlecht war die Einfahrt mit dem Zahlenkombination hat nicht sofort gekappt war das Tor geklemmt hat und ich nur dem Gast der auch rein wollte zusammen diese bewältigt.

Das Personal war nicht wirklich motiviert,schaut auf den Feierabend und leistet keine Hilfe bei körperlichen Einschränkungen:keine Unterstützung beim Frühstücksbüfett beim Tragen von Tellern und Tassen. Beim Abendessen um 21:30 Uhr wurden wir ultimativ aufgefordert,die letzte Bestellung aufzugeben ,da das Personal nach Hause gehen wollte. Insgesamt hat uns die Location sehr gut gefallen,wunderschön restauriert.... Wir hoffen,dass durch ein mehr gastorientiertes Verhalten ,die äussere Erscheinung des Gutes inhaltlich mit Leben gefüllt wird. Sonderwünsche der Gäste (z.B. Zusatz von Chili)wurden einfach vergessen
