L’hôtel est très bien située, vue imprenable. Séjour top. Le restaurant est génial. On y mange très bien le matin comme le midi et soir. Petit bémol sur la demi pension qui n’offre aucun alcool à table si cocktail gratuit. Petit bémol également sur le service des chambres (manque de papiers toilette et de serviettes pour se doucher par moment).

La persona che è sempre disponibile e sempre cortese è la Sig.ra IMAN della reception,complimenti. Da rivedere in assoluto i servizi in spiaggia e piscina, il personale occupa dalle sei del mattino i lettini su compenso di mancia. In una settimana non abbiamo mai trovato un lettino in piscina, una vergogna per la struttura.

Mauvaise expérience dans l’hôtel Saleté et inconfort côté chambre et climatisation qui ne marcha pas pendant tout le séjour et le personnel est plus au moins hostile car il manque bokou de choses dans l’hôtel côté restaurant aussi tout est chaud et il a n’ont pas de glaçons pour donner aux clients et le service de la réception de cet hôtel est non réceptif il ne répond pas à nos demandes et nos attentes! Ne pas recommander cet hôtel franchement! Et je regrette avoir réservé une chambre là bas Moi je vis au Canada et j’ai réservé le séjour depuis des mois en arrière en espérant trouvé mon bonheur mais malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas!je suis vraiment déçu et je n’y remettrai j’aimais les pieds!

L’accueil se passe correctement, sauf que la clim ne fonctionne pas. Après 2 passages du technicien toujours rien. Nuit blanche à cause de la chaleur +l’humidite. La chambre est grande et confortable. Les sanitaire des années 80. Carrelage cassé, mini bar usé. Fuite d’eau des wc. Toile d’araignée dans les coins… buffet minimaliste. Plage magnifique et très bien aménagé. Piscine moyenne mais suffisante. Hélas pommeau de douche de plage casser du coup l’eau coule sans arrêt( signalé). Sinon pour un 4 étoiles Tunisien il mérite 4/10

First impression of property is ok but as you begin to explore you find that building needs upgrade. In the rooms the AC is poor condition. Fridge was oit of order and room telephone is not working in any if the rooms. . Room is cleaned daily but sheets are not changed and towels are not replaced either . Shower controlof hot and cold is really poor

Groot en mooi hotel. Was nog begin seizoen dus nog niet alles in orde. Mooie, grote lobby, vriendelijk personeel. We checkten uit om 4u en toch hadden ze voor ons ontbijt voorzien. Mooi en groot zwembad. Indoor pool is groot, maar niet aangenaam door chloorgeur en door het water dat van de dakramen naar beneden valt. Direct aan het strand. Alle kamers hebben zeezicht. Grote, ruime kamers. Zijn vier sterren (in Afrika) zeker waard!
