L’hôtel était propre , nous avons eu une très bonne chambre, la nourriture était correcte et variée, nous avons bien mangé, l’installation des toboggans aurait mérité quelques petites réparations. Le harcèlement de la part des tunisiens insupportable, mensonges arnaques, ils sont très forts.

La chambre est propre et convenable. Le séjour aurait pu être beaucoup agréable si le service surtout au niveau du restaurant, des bars et snacks était plus soucieux du client. Pas d'alcool dans les deux bars piscines !?! Une chaleur terrible et pas beaucoup de choix au niveau du restaurant principal. Le service du jour du bar principal laisse à désirer... Vraiment dommage parce que les toboggans, l'animation et la plage sont vraiment très sympa

Food was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing letting it down was the air conditioning, it only worked from 3pm to 3am and had a foul odor when working.

J’ai apprécié les toboggans et espaces pour les enfants. La plage est propre Aucun service obligé de se déplacer pour de boire ou manger Mon frère a voulut me rendre visite il a dut payer 120 dinars pour rentrer c’est honteux Il est arrivé a 17h00 J’ai du porter les bagages jusqu’au hall d’entrée de l’hôtel attention si handicapé ou personne âgée Les boissons et repas ne sont pas de qualité Mais c’est juste comestible et buvable Le personnel ne parle que de procédure Et tout cela alors que l’hotel n’était pas plein j’imagine meme pas si il était complet La clim fonctionne au ralenti dur de rafraîchir la chambre Si donne une note perso 4/10 A part le personnel qui est correct sauf quand il me parle de leurs procédures ridicules

La nourriture était vraiment basique et sans goût. Les touristes russes étaient impolis et sans éducation. Ne respectaient pas la queue, ni les gens. L’hotel a fait venir de la Russie un nombre impressionnant de russe sans aucune éducation et respect des autres. Il ne se passait pas une soirée sans que 2 russes ne viennent à se disputer après avoir bu qq verres d’alcools

Magnifiques vacances en famille

L'Hôtel est magnifique pour les familles. Nous y sommes allé pour la deuxième fois et nous sommes toujours autant heureux. L'AquaPark est magnifique et l'équipe de gardes bains, restaurant et réception n'a presque pas changé. Ils sont toujours aux petits soins avec nous. Merci! La qualité des repas est bonne pour un all inclusive. Nous avons eu un énorme plaisir. Encore merci à toute l'équipe.

I will try to keep this factual Pros: 1. The toboggans and the play areas for kids are really good 2. Food is OK knowing it's Magic Life hotels. 3. Entertainment is Good But all of the above are not what makes a hotel good. Cons 1. Hotel excessively overpriced for the quality of service and accommodation. It's a 3 star hotel at best. 2. Staff at the reception is rude. They wanted to collect money on top of the deposit for beach towels against Orbitz policies. 3. They gave us a room in 2nd floor when they saw we have a 80yr lady that can not climb stairs. 4. The part that made this stay terrible is that some of the room blocks are near a very loud night club that stops at 6am. They gave us the room next to the night club on our last day. We could not sleep at all even with noise cancelling headphones. I've filed a complaint with Orbitz and i am seeking refund for that night. When called the staff at 3am to complain. they said that they could not do anything about it but wished me a good sleep. Adding insult to an injury. 5. Beach was OK, best in the early hours. Gets dirty as the hotel is located near a sewer station. 6. AC in the room is probably 20yrs old with no maintenance (based on someone who works there). The Air out of the AC while it's cold, it's very bad quality that caused headaches for my family and airway obstruction. This is health hasard in the long run, luckily i stayed 2 days only.

Correct. Bruit tous les matins (femme de ménage qui crient dans les couloirs, travaux en dessous de notre balcon...). Les animateurs vont uniquement vers les touristes russes, en 1 semaine aucun animateur n'est venu nous parler. La nourriture : affreuse ! L'hôtel en lui même est correct, la propreté également ainsi que sa situation.

My brother and i stayed in a triple room for three nights on our recent trip to Tunisia and enjoyed every minute at this resort! We found that there was a great variety of food choices, including delicious desserts. We were quickly served by friendly staff at the beach and lobby bars. We really enjoyed the beach layout with plenty umbrellas and chairs, and had a great time emracing our inner child on the waterslides. We were sad to leave and highly recommend this resort. The only con: terrible a/c in our room which was cleary not working.

Bon hôtel sur hammamet

Bon hôtel sur hammamet où la sécurité est très présente. C’est un hôtel familial idéal pour les petits disposants de beaucoup de piscines et animations. La plage est sublime et propre comme la piscine . Le personnel est aux petits soins et très attentionné. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Ali de la réception qui à su nous mettre à l’aise dès le depart , aux petits soins et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Abdelrahmane à l’acceuil aussi ainsi que beaucoup d’autres , à l’animation , au restaurant etc... qui sont vraiment très professionnel et attentionné. La directrice qui est très diplomate . Certaines animations se font en anglais car beaucoup de population russes et anglophones pour le moment . Beau séjour en Tunisie .
