"The staff were wonderful and are the #1 reason I would stay here again. They were so friendly and accomodating. We had 2 rooms in the same hallway as the pool, so the floor was constantly soaked and slippery during pool hours. It was pretty noisy being so close to the pool, but we didn't mind because we also had kids in our group. The pool area was extremely hot and highly chlorinated, making it difficult to breathe. Better ventilation would make this so much better. The pool itself is very small for the speed and distance in which the kids were shooting out of the water slide. Very fun, but not very safe. Breakfast was decent, but serving utensils could be checked and replaced with clean ones to avoid cross contamination. The DIY waffle bar was a lovely option. The rooms are a nice size, clean and mostly well-maintained, but kind of dark even with all of the lights on unless you keep the curtains open, but being a ground floor room everyone can see in. Better lighting would brighten up the space without giving everyone outside a view into your room. A few updates could make this hotel a lot better, but I would still stay here again."

"A very eclectic accommodation. Beds comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped.Unfortunately the refrigerator died during our stay. Luckily we did not need it too much as we were using it more as a base than escape. There was a bar fridge which helped but not sufficient.Door was not very secure with the electronic lock which was loose in the door jamb.Beautifully located near the river in a tucked away drive."

"This historic home is a little gem on the beautiful St John River. We found everything we needed to settle in for a quiet and peaceful week. While the home has been updated, its decor retains the feel and charm of its past. All was clean and comfortable. Sunsets over the river were amazing. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We mused that our adult children would have loved this place for a family vacation as children."

"we had a really great stay at this property. The tenants living upstairs were really nice and friendly. The apartment was clean without any issues. I would suggest that the owners leave soap, shampoo, etc. for the tenants as usually travellers don’t think to bring that stuff. Also, we only had one towel each for the week. We could’ve asked for more. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this Vrbo client."
