Basic motel in a hot spot

It's right in the middle of all the action - i.e. bars with live music, etc - so it can be noisy at night. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable little beach motel

Property was in a great location for seeing a show at Bernie’s. Check in was super easy and the room was clean. Perfect no frills beach motel. (If you have littles you may want to bring a white noise sound machine cause the walls aren’t super sound proof, but for an adult overnight it was perfect).

Economy motel. Get what you get. Great location Wally’s is across the street , the Goat, L street tavern and Bernie’s are close. Plenty of adult stuff to do close by.

Able to overlook some things ,location was perfect

The room was not in good condition the table top wobbles the stand next to the bed had two broken shelves, and one side of the bed was broken and sunk in, also curtains should be put up over all the blinds as it is a ground level room and you can see inside. The gentleman of the main office was very friendly. The shower was great. Location was wonderful.

Missing curtains…

Great location, central to all the fun of Hampton Beach. Generally clean and functional. We stayed in a King Suite and there were two large windows without any curtains, so prepare to wake with the sun if you stay in that room.

What I didn’t like was that it was across from a biker bar and they were partying till 2 AM and the beds were very old and outdated. Other than that the place was great for the location and close to the beach. Wish it wasn’t so loud across the street.

Like the location. Walking distance to everything. Cons were no hair dryer in room. Bathroom was very small. Bed was very noisy. Across from Wally's which kept me up till 2am with the talking n loud motorcycles. They were super loud n they were there again at 8am next day.

Needs to be cleaned.

Front desk were very friendly. Place is rundown and rooms are dirty. Like filthy. No mattress protectors, lots of bodily fluid stains. For $250 a room they could use a decent cleaning. Convenient location. Has full fridge and microwave which is nice if you're staying for a bit and want to save on food.

We loved our stay at this hotel. My husband and I booked this trip for our first anniversary because we figured there’d be something for everyone in our family. The room was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything worked as it should. (We’ve stayed in hotels before where the hot water or appliances simply did not work, and that was definitely not the case here.) If we ever come back to Hampton I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again. And as far as the negative reviews about the “loud” bar across the street… They played AMAZING live music and we got to listen from our porch. You couldn’t even hear the bar in the room with the AC going, my toddler slept soundly both nights.

The personnel was very courteous. The room was a good size and clean but the beds were not comfortable and there was a small stain on the bedspread. The shower was clean but the shower head and valve had rust around it. Needs to be updated for sure.
