This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only .

Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building.
this property feature
8 apartments all units is 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed, smart TV ( no local channels ), internet. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. if you prefer 1st floor please check unit1,2,3,4 . first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped .we offer 1 parking per unit ,we can provide extra parking for extra fees.
we can provide bigger parking spot for big cars only

Great property

Everything was wonderful and being able to see the beach from the balcony was a plus. The proximity to the boardwalk was super convenient. The only thing I could think that needs some thought is the parking the way the parking is so close to the building made it tough to get in and out. Overall the rental was cozy and my family had a great time.

Way to much $ for this place.

5 people 2 cars extra car cost 60 bucks. Kitchen unworkable , no hot water when we arrived took an hr for someone to turn on. Ac units not vented properly. Mold In shower and on a wall in kitchen. Was it worth being pet friendly, and an extra 100 bucks for my dog. We should've brought tents and stayed out doors. Lesson learned.

Amazing Weekend

I am so happy to discover this gem. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner coffee shop. There was a kitchen to cook (with dishes and cookware) if needed and normal size fridge so we could store our drinks and food.... We will definitely be returning!

Section 8 Housing

Pictures provided didn't show how run down it was. No glasses, ice maker or trays provided. My wife didn't feel comfortable cooking a meal with the dishes . Parking lot was so narrow you couldn't park a full size pickup or SUV. No bath soap or kitchen dish cloth or towels. Many units appeared to have long term low income renters. I would have left if I could have gotten a refund.

When booking showed we would have a kitchen table and chairs did not have them.Stated they would supply towels had used the same towel for two days ,saw housekeeping asked for another set of towels for last day.Had too eat on couch day.Had to eat meals on the couch
