My Hampton stay!!!

I would definitely recommend staying at this property!! Walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants!!! We utilized the grill and outdoor space!!!

Great stay at Hampton Beach

Very happy with our stay here. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. The assigned parking that was included was a huge bonus. I loved the location as it was off the main strip so quieter but still easy walking distance. The host was responsive and communicated all info needed. Only thing additional I would have wanted is cable TV in the room. I would definitely book here again.

What a Gem

I had a great stay at this cozy little inn. The host was great to communicate with and the room was perfect! I was up visiting family and this was the perfect place to relax and spend some time near the ocean! It was quiet and I loved the parking, as I had my big ol farm truck with me. The room was clean and they had little snacks that came in handy! The bed was comfy and had a little fridge and a microwave. It is just steps from Hampton Beach and up the road from the strip, but close to all my favorites like the galley hatch and Portsmouth! I will book again when I head back for a visit, my new favorite gem in Hampton!

clean but mean

It was fairly clean, the room was dry, doors and windows worked . It had the basics. TV was not usable unless you have pay subscriptions. This is an old school motel with views of parking garage and dumpsters, squeezed between new 4 story condos. It was scary to arrive at night. Too expensive for the room.

We have stayed at this location the past 3 years and love it. The location is perfect. Close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and far enough away to have some solitude. Just a nice ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean. We love that is pet friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Room was smaller then expected when listed as a suite. Location was great with very close access to the beach. Dog was welcome which was great. Room and property were clean and well maintained and our host was always available for any questions we had!

We will definitely be coming back again. I’m not sure if you rent in the winter but we’re thinking about doing something like that in the future but we’re definitely gonna be coming back next year so thanks John and your crew and VRBO as well.

It was a good location and the inside was very nice. The only thing, although small, is every unit had a screen in the window except ours which I would have loved to open the window. Also, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was not labeled so I had no idea which was which. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time.

Kid free get away

2 parents MINUS 4 kids. It was great! Location location location. Far enough away from the crazy hampton strip. Not too far you cant walk. The beach is directly across the street. Would have been great if there was a closet to store our stuff but we made it work!
