"The room I booked was different from what I got. I booked an executive room with 1 king-size bed, and 2 windows, as shown on Expedia. But I got a room on the “Executive Level”with two full beds. When I asked the front desk about the mixup they blamed it on Expedia. “False advertising”I said. As a result I believe I overpaid for what I got."

"Stunning building, lovely big room with fantastic facilities- great coffee, tea & cold drinks, quality bathroom products. Comfortable beds, soft towels, heavy curtains that block the light & really quiet room. Couldn’t hear a single person or a door slam. Breakfast was amazing & staff were really polite & attentive."

"i stayed here for a week on business - this is a first class hotel staffed by top shelf employees - in an amazing group of standouts - the young lady who looked after my room was "over and above" expectations - i would highly recommend the Conrad and i would say to hotel management - the young lady who attended # 449 was superb"

"We had to have 2 rooms as there were no rooms for 4 available. No kettle. Parking was tight for a big car. We couldn’t operate the room where you got drinks and other items despite asking. Restaurant was closed on Sundays. Good breakfast but very expensive."
