Hanamaki Onsen Hotel Koyokan
温泉は大満足です。3つのホテルの温泉をはしごして楽しむ事ができました。 ただ、一部外国人宿泊者がモラルにかけた様子が見られたのは残念です。 夕食会場でホテルの係の方にテーブルに案内して頂き、家族5人でバイキング料理を選び 、テーブルに戻ると別の家族客が陣取り、自分たちも係に案内されて座っているとの事。楽しみにしている食事の前にギクシャクしたくなかったので別の席へ変更を受け入れました。ホテルの係の方から失礼しましたとは言われましたが、接客の流れからしても失礼すぎるのではないでしょう か？残念です。 チェックインしてくつろいでいたら、上の階からバタン、ドンと物音が少しうるさかったですがまずは温泉に入ってさっぱりして、 ...

室内はとても清潔かつ整頓されていました。 水回りがとても綺麗なので安心して利用できました。 内窓があること、エアコンが各部屋にあること、ガスファンヒーターやオイルヒーターなど暖房設備もしっかりしており、寒さを感じませんでした。 子ども連れでの利用でしたが、子ども用の布団やシャンプーも用意してくださっていて、ホスピタリティの高さを感じました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。
