"It’s a good spot to spend the night if you need to catch a flight at KIX. The rooms are really tight though and our experience of the front desk staff wasn’t great. Felt like we were bothering them just to check in. Otherwise the hotel has everything you need for a short stay, there is a convenience store in the building and we liked the airport shuttle as well. Very close to a mall and entertainment."

"Super close access to Rinku Premium outlet and Pleasure Town Seacle malls. Room is spacious and clean with 2 double beds and 2 single bed, plenty of space for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again before flying out of Kansai airport."

"Airport shuttle was convenient, but we made an error by booking 2 nights here.. 1 night before a flight is best.. this is far from everything we did make the most if it by walking to Rinku beach at sunset. Nice mall at Rinku. The breakfast might be good for Japanese, not our thing.. free water first night only and no ice ??? I thought every hotel provides ice.. clean , large rooms, nut only 1 pillow, could use 2 pillows per bed.."

A convenient location, 5min (cab)from JR Wakayama, half a block from the main street where all Izakaya, restaurants, bakery and convenience stores are. Walking distance from JR Wakayama. Friendly staffs on site!"
