Owner and staff are wonderful. Very accommodating to English speaking guests. Easy access from the airport. Breakfast was made to order, plus a wide variety of buffet items. There’s a bakery next door that provides mouth watering aromas. Room was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this property, and would stay again.

Bananas were ready to harvest.
Moai in National Park. Separate ticket required to enter.

Great place!!

Cute place in a great section of town, easy walking to the waterfront and shopping areas. Alejandro and Ivonne were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is perfect. High recommend overall!

I loved sitting in the covered porch watching the day go from dark to daylight. I loved listening to the chickens all day long. I loved being greeted every morning by the staff. I loved having good drinking water always available. I enjoyed watching the staff care for the property. It looked like such a labor of love. The food was always amazing. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Inaki Uhi is amazing. It's right at the center of town so it makes getting around easy. The staff was so friendly and helpful with planning activities. The rooms were clean. The internet was reliable and I was even able to make a few video calls. Would highly recommend this place for anybody visiting the island.

The staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate requests. They offer airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast is included. The hotel is centrally located and the area is walkable with many nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach. I used the hotel tour guide Alejandro who was excellent and very knowledgeable about the history and island. Overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

We were leaving in the early hours for Sunrise and hike to the cave, then go to airport after. I were thinking it would be nice to have something to bring for breakfast but I did not expect they will give us anything, but when I mentioned to the manager, she said she would prepare something for us, sure she did. Juice, coffee, bread, eggs and cheese. So we were able to see the sunrise and hike without passing out.

I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews, and now I am wondering if they are real. The hotel ripped me off as soon as I walked in. I (correctly) booked a room for 2 adults and a child, but they gave us a room that only fit 2 people. They blamed me for booking it "wrong". In order to get into a room that actually fit 3, they charged me an extra $100 per night. Expedia has tried to resolve it with the hotel, but the hotel still refuses. If the hotel wasn't so dishonest, it may have been possible to overlook other things like AC only in some rooms, a shower that barely drains, and 100 flies swirling around the blueberies at breakfast (fortunately only the first of our 3 nights). I do have to say they were very polite as they were cheating me, and the hotel tour guide did find us a last minute tour that we appreciated. But if you prefer to judge a hotel by how they handle things when they go wrong, you will want to avoid this place.

After I booked the hotel I received a couple of emails from Monica the manager of the property telling me the requirements to come here including a 24hours COVID-19 test in order to show negative results. On Christmas fay I had to have a doctor coming to the hotel in Santiago to administer the test and provide results. It has been very difficult very expensive and not necessary. The request from the hotel is outdated since 2022 the Easter Island authority stopped the mandate. Furthermore the sign on the window telling guest that management will reopens at18:50 was not correct. After I waited 1hour the other day I had to go to a restaurant to make a phone call and ask to have a person open the office. Finally the breakfast did not provide banana and when I asked for pineapple that told me it was too expensive to buy. I pineapple cost 5 dollars. On the positive the location is excellent.
