"Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou. "
"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river.
