Aurinkoinen Hanko

Valoisa, tilava huone. Ystävällinen palvelu. Mukava vuode, mutta itselleni hiukan liian kova patja, ystävälleni sopiva. Runsas aamiainen ja erityisesti inkiväärishotti sekä vihersmoothi jäivät mieleen. Hotellin sijainti keskeisellä paikalla. Ei moitittavaa.Vielä, kun aurinko paistoi oli Hangon matka jälleen kerran onnistunut!

Risuja ja ruusuja

Hotelli ilmoittaa, että mukavuuksiin kuuluu uima-allas, mutta paikan päällä selvisi, että uima-altaisiin pääsee vain lisämaksusta, joka oli merkittävä. Huoneeseemme kuului käytävän melu. Huone sijaitsi runsaasti käytetyn välioven vieressä ja siitä tuli ääntä, joka aiheutti heräilyä yöllä. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja aamupala oli upea!

Nice and cosy

The hotel is cosy and situated by the sea. The breakfast is also very good. Sadly the hotel room air-conditioner was very loud and we had to keep it off whereas the room was exceptionally cold and affecting our sleep. As it is an animal friendly hotel, I would recommend it to other pet owners.

Good service and breakfast, spa disappointment

Good service and tasty breakfast, but the bed was too soft and the pikkows gave no support so we slept very bad. Also felt hoaxed to have to pay 25€ to go to the Spa which had one big pool and one small pool, there could be i.e. a cold pool as well or even a possibility to take a dip in the ocean. Also a jacuzzi would be good to have. Felt like we paid 25€ per person to go to a basic swimming hall (uimahalli). And to top it all, they’d charged 10€ per person for the bath robes. Sorry, but I did not recommend this to my friends.

Hyvä hotelli ja koronatoimet hyvin hoidettu. Pari miinusta, glögiä ei ollut tarjolla. Aamaisesta puuttui kalat kokonaan, vaikka oltiin meren äärellä.

Äänekäs ilmastointi, hintava

Ilmastointilaite oli erittäin äänekäs, laite oli sammutettava yöksi, että sai nukuttua. Parisänky oli myös kapeahko, ilmeisesti 140 cm leveä, aiheutti myös epämukavuutta. Muuten huone oli siisti ja hiljainen. Tasoltaan ei mitenkään erikoinen, aivan perustaso niin huoneen osalta kuin aamupalan suhteen. Mielestäni hinta on laatuun nähden korkea. Myös mainostettu Spa aivan ylihinnoiteltu, tasoltaan uimahalli.

Hotellin sänky oli ala-arvoinen seinästä alas kääntyvä heteka. Hinta-laatusuhde oli huoneessa todella heikko. Yöllä vessa lattialla juoksivat sokeritoukat. Hotellin ravintola sekä aamiainen olivat hyviä, joten siitåä plussaa.

Lupaava hotelli ei tällä kertaa vastannut odotuksi

Hotelli on kaunis, hyväkuntoinen ja upealla paikalla. Jos et halua, että huoneesi on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa jossa on lattiasta kattoon ikkunat suoraan vilkkaalle kävelykadulle niin asiasta kannattaa mainita etukäteen. Emme voineet pitää verhoja auki huoneessa tästä syystä. Oli iso pettymys ettei näin korona aikana henkilökunta pidä esimerkillisesti maskeja päällä. Aamupalajärjestelyissä oli otettu huomioon porrastettu aamupala, mutta siltä ravintola oli aivan täysi ilman minkäänlaisia turvavälejä. 20 ihmistä oli samaan aikaa 20 neliön tilassa ottamassa aamupalaa, jossa minkäänlainen turvatilojen ylläpitäminen ei onnistunut. Hotellissa oli paljon vanhoja ihmisiä ja olemme todella pettyneitä siitä miten esimerkkiä eikä vastuuta kanneta omasta tai muiden turvallisuudesta. Aamupala oli maittava, mutta melkorajallinen ja ei vastannut hotellin hintatasoa.

Puitteet pienelle lomalle olivat mainiot, rakennus kaunis ja huone mukava. Palvelu ei ollut aivan paras mahdollinen; emme saaneet esimerkiksi sisäänkirjautuessa tietoa siitä, että päivälliselle pitäisi tehdä varaus - päivällinen vaati siis hieman erikoisjärjestelyjä. Oli myös erikoista, että kylpytakit eivät kuuluneet kylpylän varsin korkeaan hintaan.

Kaikki toimi oikein hyvin. Vastaanotto henkilökunta ehkä hieman amatöörimäinen. Kun asiakas kysyy minne Hangossa kannattaa suunnata kävelynsä niin ehdottivat kävelykatua ja sillan yli uudelle puolelle? Itse arvostan kyllä rantatietä casinolle , fyra vindarnas hus, pitsihuvilat ja hiidenkirnua....
