The room (4th floor) was relatively quiet and clean tho some of the furnishing had seen better days. Minimal noise from outside, which is impressive given it’s on a busy interchange and close to the railway but some noisy other guests disturbed us a bit"

Despite twice contacting reception to help fix the issue (which they said they had done by controls at reception) it still didn’t waork and was freezing. They eventually brought manual heaters but this is not the standard I would expect. At no point were we offered another room "

"Fabulous motel, staff were so lovely & friendly. Room was so clean and decorated beautifully, only down fall I would say is the streaming on the telly so complicated messing with WiFi settings to get it going. But has to channels anyway, ample parking, restaurant was lovely m&s garage in walking distance to. All in all a lovely stay & the drink vouchers for my partners 30th birthday was such a lovely treat. "

The view over the square was great, but this meant a few noise issues from passers by at kicking out time. The walk in shower was clean but lack of shelving for shower gel and shampoo seemed like an oversight. "
