Terrible and over priced

Terrible hotel. Massively over priced, no in-room coffee/drinks, no iron, air con not working, and so noisy. Worst of all they trebled the price due to Hannover Messe.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff is very flexible & checked me in the room immediately, I therefore, could take a bath & changed, then went to my meeting with customer on time. I really appreciated them !

We had an easy stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the centre of Hannover. The only negative parts arête price, too expensive and parking is a problematic, the hotel has just a few parking spots. When we arrive no spaces were available and had to park our car at the car pay places,

I go to Hannover every October for a show, and I always stay in this hotel. This is not a big hotel but clean & quiet so I liked this hotel. I checked in to the hotel on Oct 10, 2023, they gave me a smaller room this time, I walked in the room, it smells a little, just liked the room was vacant for long time, I looked at the waste bin, it still had some garbage left from the last guest. I feel disappointed this time !

Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, fabelhaftes Frühstück. Leichte Schwächen im Zimmer: Kein Kleiderschrank.Kein separates Badezimmer. Waschbecken im Zimmer, Toilette (winzig) und Dusche teilen sich eine Schiebetür. WC Papierspender ist hinter dem WC angebracht. Erfordert akrobatische Begabung.

Es war einfach super.Einen Kurztrip mit meinen Sohn,wir besuchten ein Konzert. Das Hotel war für uns perfekt. 2 Einzelzimmer nebeneinander. Schöne Zimmer mit allem was man braucht und das Mitten in der Altstadt. Wir hatten das Wochenende mit 33Grad,so war es super ein Zimmer mit toller Klimaanlage zu haben.Und dazu schallisolierste Fenster. Genial. Der Schlaf war gesichert. Wir hatten ein tolles Mutter und Sohn Wochenende
