The hotel was very nice and clean. The mini fridge with the free drinks was such a blessing specially on the hot Hanover days. Staff was so helpful. I truly appreciate their help with my airline losing my luggage.

The hotel was nice but unfortunately i was told to cancel the reservation because they dont accept cash in any circumstances. So i had to ask a friend to for credit card. They did not seem to care about my situation because i had used up all my limit on card. And the booking website did not mention this.

This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. Also could not order beverages on the room service website. I had put a note in my order to please call me to advise how to order drinks, with my phone number included. I never received a call. When I went to get my food 45 minutes after I ordered it, they told me what I ordered was actually not available. They said they tried to call me, but it "didn't work". So why not come to my room and let me know? I had to pick something different and come back in 10 minutes. Then they handed the food to me on an open plate, which I had to carry back to my room. I was very disappointed in this service, as the plate was hot and I felt like I was going to drop it while carrying a bunch of other things. When I was done eating, I had to leave the food in a corner of my room, because I knew they were not going to come get it if I left it outside. I just don't think this deserves to be called "room service", and I would have rather eaten in the hotel restaurant if I had known it would be like this.

Das me and all Hotel ist immer eine gute Wahl. Komme bestimmt wieder. Einziges Manko: die saune ging nur bis 55°C hoch, obwohl 85°C ausgeschrieben steht.

Wir waren für eine Nacht nach einem Messebesuch da Zimmer war sauber und sehr schick eingerichtet. U- Bahn ist direkt gegenüber und auch Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück war vielseitig und hat für jeden was geboten. Für uns ganz persönlich hätte etwas mehr Gemüse (Tomaten - oder Gurkenscheiben) dabei sein können. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Hannover würde ich das Me and All Hotel Hanover, by Hyatt wieder buchen.
