Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience.

I can honestly say the staff were outstanding & Christine more so, she organised everything we asked her to do with the warmest smiling face nothing was a bother to her, the hotel its self was lovely, not too far away from the old Quarter, a 2 min walk to train street highly recommend this hotel, now try the Aira in Hoi An

Lovely hotel 2 mins walk from train street. The beds were very comfortable best we had on our trip. The breakfast was great We had a free room upgrade The staff were lovely and friendly too. 100% recommend this hotel and will return if we come back to Hanoi.
