Pros: nice hotel; room was good; staff at check-in was great and accommodating; breakfast buffet was very good and varied; location is good enough for accessing various areas (old quarter etc). Cons: only one towel per guest and they were rather worn out (and there was nowhere to hang them once wet); staff at check-out was unpleasant.

Army hotel thw best of the best location, beautiful hotel, luxury hotels, the room very nice , employee super friendly, we met all leaders they are very friendly. Price are incredible compared with another hotel price are a haft. 1010 recommendations other guests. We love this location, this location thw heart of Hanoi capital, 4 minutes to Hoan Kiếm lake , 4 minutes to West lake , 1 minutes to old street of Hanoi… we will come back stay here for our vacation

Nice clean hotel 1KM from Old Town

Older hotel outside of Old Town, which meant larger rooms, nice gym and large breakfast area. Hotel is older but was very clean. The only issue we had was the shower water pressure which was very poor, almost unusable. Our friends had the same issue in their room as well so it was not confined to just our room. Overall, nice hotel and nice stay, just hope they can resolve the water pressure issue for the guests.

They promised taxi from Airport but taxi didn't come. Because of my mistake with hotel reservation, they didn't help me at all. I had to start looking hotel somewhere. Time was 5 a.m. my luck there was hotel quite near which helped me.

旧市街中心地のゴミゴミ感がなく、快適に過ごすことができました。旧市街まで歩いていくこともできるし、タクシーに乗っても300円程度で行くことができ、とても観光がしやすかったです。

호안끼엠 관광하실 분들에겐 추천 합니다. 올드쿼터 안의 호텔들은 좁고 열악하고 비위생적인 경우가 대부분입니다. 근데 여긴 깨끗하고, 조용하고, 안전함이 느껴지는 곳이에요. 직원들 응대도 깔끔하고, 시설도 준수합니다. 호안끼엠이랑 서호 둘다 걸어서 갈만해서 무조건 추천.. 한국인의 위생 기준을 맞춰준 유이한 호텔중 한곳 입니다. 추천!

当初の2泊から、飛行機の遅延により1泊追加しました。レイトチェックインを希望したところ、とても親切にご対応いただきました。 朝食も種類が豊富で、連泊でも少しずつ内容が異なっていたので楽しめました。 旧市街までは徒歩15分くらいで、アクセスがとても良いとまではいきませんが、歩いてる行ける範囲で良かったです。 バスローブやアメニティも完備されていました。
