Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular.

The apartment is ideally located in Hanoi, close to central locations. The check in process was seamless and our host provided clear instructions about the place. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay and even had free laundry services. I would highly recommend it.

I could not check in. When I was waiting in front of the address, saw a guy opening the door. He said he is staff and the listing on Expedia is not from them. So I paid for nothing!

This is a "bait and switch" scam. The accomadation we were offered was nothing like what we booked. The host lied about it being the same as the photos but it wasn't even close. We did not stay and would highly recommend you look for an alternative with an honest host!

Das war wohl nichts.

Zunächst gab es auf der Bestätigung von Hotels.com zwei Adressen. An beiden Orten war die Unterkunft nicht bekannt. Hilfreiche Menschen haben sich bemüht aber wiesen darauf hin, dass solche Fälle passieren. Die Unterkunft existiert einfach nicht. Meine Reklamation bei Hotels.com führte zur sofortigen Rückzahlung, so dass mir kein finanzieller Schaden entstanden ist.
