Cheap, clean and simple. Close to old quarter.

Good hotel. Only a short walk from the old quarter. Staff at reception were both polite and helpful. Cheap breakfast options available.

Great location and awesome staff.

The location is really good. A few blocks from everything and yet not super touristy. The room was very quiet. As others have said the really good thing about this place is the staff. Lisa in particular was incredible! She booked us a Ha Long Bay tour that was awesome and really well priced. Airport transfers (even at 4 am) were flawless. Good food and coffee very close by and a small convenience store 1 min away where you can buy big bottles of water. We will stay here again.

Clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. The only downside is that no slope to pull heavy luggage up to the lobby. I'll give it 4.8/5.0

Got there early about 6 AM very friendly help me with things to do. Asked me if I wanted an early check in which I did for a very reasonable fee. I had my laundry done as well. Price is right place was clean. Elevator would stay here again.

I stayed at this location for 5 days. The hotel itself needs some upgrades. Other than that, it's located in an excellent location, walking distance to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and night market. All staff members are super nice and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Cramped but you get what you pay for

This hotel was perfect for a couple of short nights in the city. We had a ‘junior suite’ on the road front, with a balcony. The circular bed in the room was quite uncomfortable, but bearable. The addition of a further single bed made the room quite cramped. The bathroom looks like a high standard but the toilet flush was a little dodgy. No breakfast is currently offered but there’s plenty of options locally. Airport taxi booked was good value and on time. Staff were all very friendly. There was loud building works from around 8am from the basement where they are revamping the hotel to offer a breakfast area for guests.

Our experience was not great. We've stayed in several places around Vietnam and these beds and pillows were by far the most firm and uncomfortable. We found that sometimes the room was rather smelly. I'm not sure if it was cigarette smoke or musty. I was contacted by the hotel about 10 days after booking that there was a 'pricing mistake', and that I could pay more or cancel our reservation. The message was polite, but I found it a bit unusual. On the plus side, the location is great.

立地は良く使い勝手はよかったが、スタッフの対応が残念だった。 夏場に泊まったが冷房がほとんど効かず、宿泊日になぜが窓が壊れており、部屋に滞在してる最中に修理業者とスタッフがきて工事が始まりました笑 せめて部屋を誰にも貸してない状態でして欲しいものです。 他にもメガネをかけた男性スタッフが必要にチップを要求してきて、チップを渡しても"まだ足りない"と金額指定までしてきました。 ベトナム旅行を楽しみたいなら、もうちょっと良いホテルに泊まるべき。

I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. They were eager to answer questions, give suggestions, or just chat. The location is great being a very short walk to the Old Quarter, but just the right distance to where it is nice and quiet at night. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants very close. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Hanoi.
