As a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is terrible. Basic items like cheese were missing for two days, and on one day, they only offered one kind. There’s no variety in bread, and the coffee is bad. The restaurant has an unpleasant smell that sticks to your clothes — really disappointing!

"I booked a non-smoking room, but I was surprised to be given a smoking room at check-in. Moreover, every morning, the hallway was filled with cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant as a non-smoker. The head spa was supposed to be open until 11:30 p.m., but when I visited at 10 p.m., it was already closed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
