Disliked: Communication
Arrived at the hotel late at night and the room I reserved was sold off to someone else and no other rooms were available. I was told to come Back next next day so I had to find another hotel. I arrived the next day and was told that it’s all full again. I’m still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later.
