The location is great just next to Old quarter, the room are nice and modern. But above everything is the kindness of the persons at the reception. They were helping us for anything we need at anytime 24/24. Definitely great value for money and all our family can recommend this hotel.

Great family run hotel. I checked in after midnight and William was waiting for me at the door. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Great location in old town Hanoi. They make arrangements for any and all excursions. I really liked this hotel.

Very well located in the center of old quarter of Hanoi. The room was spacious with balcony and hotel very clean. All the staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. The owners : Mia showed us how to do Nems (Spring rolls) and Michael is always ready to help. He is a very good driver with is moto. There is a good variety for breakfast. What a team !

Home away from home

We spent a few nights at Hanoi eXclusive hotel and we felt great and unforgettable time during our stay here. The hotel’s staff was great indeed they greeted us with big smiles at anytime we came back our room and which made us feel impressed on it and never forget all moments the staff helped us with transport to the train station and gave us a ride to Hoan kiem lake for free of charge which was amazing and experience i feel like being at home especially they always called us by name. Hotel location is the best in Hanoi very closed to Bat Dan Pho noodle , we love Pho very much and all vietnamese foods😋😋😋😋 further more hotel staff did invited us join their lunches and this was fabulous they cooked themselves and we ate together. Our room was bright and big with a huge balcony overlooking busy street and city view !!! I will definitely come back to Exclusive hotel next time and highly recommend this for everyone coming to Hanoi. Keep us the good work and thank you very much for your great service!!

Convenient location and attentive service

Good breakfast options that is freshly prepared, comfortable beds enough hangers and hooks around the room, good internet access and most of all attentive service . Convenient location with a lot of food options within walking distance . Will come back to stay after Sapa trip !

I chose a room with an interior window because I knew I would not be spending much time in it, if you are going to be in the room, you may want to choose one with a view. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter and accessing excursions. The property is very clean and the staff is friendly and open to providing any assistance you may need.

Good size and great location

Good size room, really friendly staff and nice breakfast. The bathroom was small and some mould. Great location walking distance everywhere. We didnt end up using the balcony as the air quality was very poor

Everyone here was amazingly nice and courteous. I arrived very late at night and they were very accommodating to my needs. The breakfast was filling and quick. Great location in the center of the action but my room was quiet enough so I had no trouble sleeping. Thanks!

Located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were very kind and helpful with booking rides and tours for us. Breakfast option available as well, good selection. We booked the suite with the patio overlooking the city. Great views!

Good Location!

It was a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is superb, right at the heart of old quarter. We walked to everywhere and no need to take Grab. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the stay!

The staff (especially Binh) were so lovely and helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and a hot menu with lots of variety. While beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was a little dated/tired with some brown (mould?) spots in the corners of the shower and bathroom. Location was perfect though, so close to train street and good food everywhere nearby!

初日は思いがけないトラブルで（配管トラブルで宿泊できず別のホテルを手配された）どうなることかと思いましたが、受付をされていたBihnさんが丁寧に説明と謝罪をしてくださり、安心できました。次の日からは無事、清潔で心地の良い当ホテルに泊まることができてリラックスできる旅になりました。場所は旧市街のど真ん中なのでどうしても騒音が気になりますが、ホテルの方がいつも笑顔で声をかけてくれてとても心地よい滞在になりました。また、Wi-Fiも強力で困ることがなかったのも幸いでした。 行き帰りも空港までのチャータータクシーを用意してくれます。 ホッと一息つくことのできるとても素敵なホテルです！またハノイに行く時はここに泊まりたいです。とてもおすすめです！
