In a perfect location within the old quarter. Walking distance to everywhere and was in a laneway which meant not too much street traffic which is hard to find in Hanoi. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accomodating.

lovely little hotel

Great location in the old quarter on a comparably quiet street. The room, service and breakfast were all good. The gym wasn't much, but hey, everything else more than made up for it

This hotel is located right in the center of Hanoi Old Town, just a few minutes walk to Ho Guom Lake, walking distance to many good restaurants as well as street food stalls. Staff is very well trained, friendly, and helpful. Will stay again when we return to Hanoi.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Great location but quiet at night. Comfy beds and good pressure in the shower. The breakfast selection is massive and they rotate so don’t feel like you are always having the same thing each morning. The staff are helpful.

Good hotel for exploring Hanoi as it’s right by the old quarter. Lots of places are walkable from the hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious and clean. My only “room for improvement” point is the breakfast offering.

Best hotel in this street

I'm sure that this hotel is the best hotel in this street. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. Every staff is kind, devoted, and fluent in English. Having cocktails at the rooftop bar is very nice. A room is very clean, but the soundproof is not so perfect.

This hotel is in a great location. It is rather dated and shows its age. A caution to older travelers... The bathtub is built on a platform, making rather high off the ground. As a senior traveler, this posed a major safety issue for me. If you have any mobility issue, I would think twice about this hotel.
