We were only in Hanoi for a short stay, but the hotel’s convenient location made it incredibly easy to see everything on our list. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always eager to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our trip was an early tour morning when we came down to find a prepared breakfast waiting for us—complete with sweet, personalized notes.
