Staff are very nice specially the receptionist. Buffett breakfast are very good and you they even allow you to order food from n addition to the food served. They clean your room and changed towels and toiletries even without asking. Location is very convenient to a lot of restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

Nice and cozy hotel with eminent service.

Great room and great location in the old city next to hoan kiem lake. Many great food options in the area. Staff are very helpfully and attending to all needs. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi.

Decent hotel for one or two nights. The staff are lovely and service is very good. The hotel could do with an upgrade though as it seems quite old and out-dated.
