Lovely Hotel, lovely helpful staff who can't do enough to help and perfect location to get to the Old quarter and French Quarter. Thoroughly recommend Sinfonia Del Rey as the perfect base to explore Hanoi!

Great location and great service from the entire staff. Highly recommend the basement rooms as very quiet and no street noise and dark which is great for sleeping. The roof top bar is amazing with a stunning view over the lake.

Great hotel in an excellent location. We opted for the basement room with no windows which was absolutely fine. The room itself was a little worn, and the linen a little flimsy, but all in all this was a great hotel and excellent value. The spa had one of the best massages I've ever had and the rooftop bar was fantastic! We were there for happy hour and watched the sunset over Hanoi. I would stay here again and possibly pay a bit more for a higher room.

Fantastic Stays – Highly Recommended! We have stayed here twice and would definitely return. Our first stay was for four nights in a 6th-floor room facing the lake. The view was absolutely fantastic! While it can get a bit noisy due to activities around the lake, the double-glazed windows did a great job keeping it quiet, and we slept very well. On our second stay, we spent one night in a room facing the internal lightwell, which was remarkably quiet. A few key takeaways from our visits: * Rooms: Amenities were identical in both room types, regardless of the view. * Rooftop Bar: Offers magnificent views over the area, though the drinks are a bit on the expensive side. * Dining: Breakfast is excellent and high quality. * Service: The staff is amazing, providing a consistently high level of service throughout both stays.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the old quarter as well as the French quarter and right in front of the lake. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We used the spa and my wife said it was one of the best treatmentws she has ever had. The rooftop bar has an excellent view over Hanoi.

Our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We traveled with our family, including our two-year-old son, and they made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring Hanoi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always remember our time here. We highly recommend La Sinfonía del Rey to anyone visiting Hanoi. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help. We really recommend this hotel.
