We had a wonderful stay at Meritel, the rooms and service are fantastic. We wanted to give a special mention to Tim for the fantastic check-in and for also sorting so much for us for our onward travels. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the old quarter with great staff, service and luxury. We had the grand terrace room and views speak for themselves.

Very well located, with easy access to Hanoi’s Old Quarter—everything is within walking distance. I have not been disappointed with my choice of this hotel, from the moment we arrived for check-in and received such a warm welcome. We enjoyed a personalised one-to-one check-in, along with a welcome drink and fruit. We also received an upgrade, which is always a lovely surprise! The room was spacious, and whenever we needed anything, we could easily contact the reception. The staff were always really helpful.
