We had a wonderful stay at Meritel, the rooms and service are fantastic. We wanted to give a special mention to Tim for the fantastic check-in and for also sorting so much for us for our onward travels. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the old quarter with great staff, service and luxury. We had the grand terrace room and views speak for themselves.

We had such a wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi, and a big part of what made our experience so great was Lucy! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Lucy recommended so many great places to visit and amazing food spots to try, which really helped us make the most of our time in Hanoi. Her genuine kindness and attention to detail really stood out to us. Thank you so much, Lucy, for making our stay even more memorable! We highly recommend Meritel Hanoi, and we’ll definitely be booking again when we’re back in Hanoi!

We absolutely loved this property! It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!
