Very spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a bit tired and the shower was difficult to use as it got everything wet. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay with family

It was wonderful. The apartment was clean and new. The rooms were all good size and nicely furnished. The pool, gym and sauna were great. It had really good quality appliances but none worked without help or fix . It would have been nice to have instructions in English for each appliance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Home away from home

A great place for a longer stay. Kitchen is well outfitted. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Some higher end rooms have walk in shower. Optional breakfast is great. Lots of veggies, too.

This place works for us for longer stays. Serviced apartment with kitchenette, and even washer/dryer if you can figure it out. Not as walkable as downtown, but overall good for us.

Excellent stay for family

This was perfect for our family. We stayed some shorter times, and a longer stay. The play area was quite run down and did not have much (not like the photos), but is was still ok for playing. Good service. Rooms had different things. Some rooms you could sit on balcony, but some did not have furniture there.

Good, comfortable place to stay for longer periods of time. Kitchen, washing machine (if you can figure out how to use it) etc. Not very walkable. Mini-marts short walk away.

Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available.

Full apartment with kitchen. We wanted a studio, but they didn't have any. We booked a 1BR. But they gave us a 2BR with 2 bathrooms. Everything is in great condition. The US Embassy annex is in the same building and a Highland Coffee is next door. Short walk to bún chả and phở.

Building is old and rooms are poorly maintained. Our bathroom was moldy and mildewy, and though housekeeping tried to clean it, it didn’t do much. Their saving grace is the staff, who are mostly quite lovely.
