This was my second stay. The room’s décor and amenities were classic, and the space was clean and quiet. Once settled in, I didn't even want to leave. The staff were warm and proactive, and the location was excellent.

Great hotel in a good location, walking distance to attractions and old town. Rooms very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Staff were very helpful, especially when i lost my house keys just before we were due to go to the airport! Would recommend and we would stay here again

I come back to Hanoi every year, and I think I’ve finally found my go-to hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great food and coffee options just steps away for my daily routine. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to get around. Whether I’m taking a taxi to nearby cities or exploring Hanoi, I can avoid much of the heavy traffic compared to other areas. It’s also within walking distance of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and even West Lake. I especially enjoy strolling through the neighborhood streets lined with beautiful old trees, which give the area a charming and relaxing atmosphere. For convenience, location, and overall comfort, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Toby was amazing 10/10 customer service. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful 8/10 Breakfast in the basement and food options were terrible. Dining options overall were limited 2/10 Most of the bedrooms have no windows which felt very uncomfortable. Mattress quality was bad, however the room and bathroom interior is beautiful and clean. Hotel in a great location.
