Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

Breakfast was great, excellent quality, variety of choices and fresh ingredients, but the best thing was the service, the friendliness and the atention to detail of the entire personal at this beautiful nice, luxurious hotel. We were so impressed thatnfor sure we will go back and even, after visiting other hotels around the area for sure we will pick this one again. They treated us so well, with such gentleness that you feel that they care for you!
