Stop the search! This is the BEST hotel to stay at when in Hanoi. The location is incredible and the rooms are so classy, but it is the genuine and truly above and beyond service like we have never seen before. HUGE KUDOS to the staff here for their smiles and thoughfulness.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at largely due to the hospitality and kindness from the staff. Breakfast was also great with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Wonderful staff and great location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, as was the breakfast. Only downsides were fairly expensive bar drinks for Vietnam, and only one elevator that doesn’t go the whole way to the restaurant or rooftop, which we could see impacted some other travellers. Would stay there again for the staff helpfulness and the location though.

Shoutout to David, Lily, and Susan for being the absolute best staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They go above and beyond for their guests, which made us feel like family. Giving us fruit, sandwiches, and water when we went on the Ha Giang loop and Ninh Binh was so thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. The location is perfect to walk around with shopping and food around every corner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Wonderful stay at Solaria Hotel! We had such a lovely stay at Solaria Hotel. The restaurant staff and front desk team were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. They always greeted us warmly and made sure our family had everything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Hanoi. What really stood out to us was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommend!

The service was fantastic at the Solaria. Lily at front desk especially brought excellent energy and enthusiasm to make our trip a great one. We stayed in the family room suite which was very spacious. It was also the perfect blend of old world charm and new world comfort. The hotel is in the heart of everything! Perfectly located for walking or taking a quick grab to any of the sites in the city. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back/recommend to family and friends.
