It’s not an extremely luxurious hotel, but the facilities are clean and comfortable. At first, I was a little worried because the lobby decorations felt somewhat Chinese-style, but the guest room itself was tasteful and very pleasant. The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, so it’s not the quietest place and you can hear some traffic during the day, but in return it’s very convenient for getting around. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jade Oriental. It’s a very charming place in the old Hanoi neighborhood. The decor was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We loved the flowers in the lobby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast Room in the basement was very pleasant and offered a wonderful array of different foods.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.
