Very bad experiences. I paid the bill at restaurant but the reception is not informed on time . They did not trust you paid.

Fraser Suites Hanoi
We stayed at Studio executives twin tower B. Our room was clean and spacious. Having washer and dryer was very nice. Grocery store they have is first class in Vietnam. The only thing I would suggest to improve in the room is hair dryer. Also breakfast was average.
