"Extreme itchiness from the sheets on the bed - could hardly sleep due to it. VERY THIN WALLS and could hear everything in the next room. I asked to be switched to a different room but did not receive a timely response (there are no staff onsite - remote only). I asked for a partial refund and was denied. You are also fairly far from the center of Alesund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE."

"Great room, large, clean and functional. Lots of room for our family. We went for breakfast at 730 and there wasnt much, old salad, a little ham, salami and cheese, a plate of watermelon and breads and crackers. There was a machine to give orange juice and milk, but it was out of orange juice. As we were leaving, about 810, a guy came un ad added more, better looking food (he was putting out yogert as we left). I would still recommend the hotel for the room, but the breakfast was...

"For the high price we paid we got a terrible view of a wall where people passing by could see us. It was a family room and instead of beds we got one bed and a sofa bed. The lobby coffee maker was broken on the first day."
