I would just book this hotel for the restaurant alone. It is amazing. Great chefs. The room was really comfortable, we slept so well. The staff are so kind, and helpful. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Great value for money compared to other Hyatts.

For being the caliber of hotel it is, I was disappointed as there was no hot water in the shower then bathroom could have been cleaner, and the reception area staff were pleasant but somewhat aloof with their service. I did thoroughly enjoy the restaurant within the hotel and the wait staff.

Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.

This is familiar place in Harare. It still retains its charm but the property is overdue the ongoing restoration. Service is great as always. The bathrooms are outdated and the air conditioning on the south side is non-existent.

Meikles is definitely showing its age, and a refurb is long overdue…the food was just average…though the Indian menu is the better option…the staff make up for an outdated property and an average F&B offering…definitely not worth the price…especially when you compare it to what $300+ can get you in Asia or the Middle East.
