This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating.

A great place to stay when in Petoskey or Harbor Springs. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and breakfast was better than most hotels in this class. Will stay again !

The entire staff was well trained. In particular, the ladies who present the complimentary breakfast bar were extraordinarily personable and helpful ,,, with a warm and genuine sense of hospitality.

We stayed at the BW, Harbor Springs for 4 days this August, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, grounds, pool and actual real egg breakfast with a fair amount of variety. Rooms were very clean and the staff was awesome. A+++ We will definitely stay there again.

We had a whole apartment with two baths, fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast with real egg omelets, sausage, ham, pancakes all prepared on premises. Free Wi-Fi a bit slow at times. Two tv sets in the apartment. Close to all local attractions. Could not have chosen better for my stay.

Great place to stay that’s still close to all the nearby things to see and do. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs, ham, and make-your-own waffles. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub this trip, but I have in the past and enjoyed it. Will stay again.
