"Dirty, poorly maintained and a horrible shower! The place really needs to be renovated. Also, the place has no sound proofing. Listening to your neighbor pee does not promote good sleep."

The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa"

"Nice location and view. A few of the bedrooms have really great views. The master bedroom has two large windows you can open and get a nice fresh breeze at night. The train at night can wake you up if the windows are open but the fresh air is great. Huge place. Lots of room for a large group of people, but enough space for someone to relax and enjoy some quiet time away from the group."

"Cozy, clean, and warm. There was a bit of noise from the fridge or heating system that would cycle though out the night. You may want to check that out as it would wake me from time to time."

"Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay and we would return."
