"It was great there, nice and clean. It was nice to have a spare bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Nice up to date appliances'. A radio and a clock would have been nice, (most of the time the internet was out and no cell bars, probably due to the weather but because of it, there was no TV or music)...so a radio would have been welcome. It was very spacious and the outdoor scenery was gorgeous. Loved our stay."

"Clean room, it was a "no contact" check-in, check-out. It was mostly peaceful as we were the only ones at lodge for 2 of the 3 nights. The keypad entry to front entrance and to room made me and my kids feel safe. Overall great experience!"

"Overall great place. One of the eyes on the stove wasnt workig. We contacted owner regarding bbq before attending to ensure we had means to bbq but when there found the gas was not working / empty and would have to fill up but since I was working was unable. We thought that should have been taken care of previously. Sauna and property is lovely. Pull out bed was not comfortable but room bed was. We were able to get reception on the amplifier but it was partially broken and had to be held in place nd not moe in order to get reception for cell phone service. Really wished the stove and bbq were in best order - we ended up fixing the stove. We forgot a whole pack of baby food in the storage in the kitchen but no one contacted us. Thats alright but, just saying. Beautiful property overall. "

"The location is easy to find, the owner even we didnt meet she sent messages to make sure were comfortable and happy with our stay. Its a family friendly equipped with high chair if you have small kids , bedroom beds comfy, plus books and games to play, washroom is clean theres a handle bar and chair if your with a senior, just bring your food to cook. Its a home away from home. Highly recommend. We be back as long the elderly i look after health is good to visit his old time friend."

"Lovely, roomy house on a beautiful riverfront property. It was very clean when we arrived. Communication with our host was excellent. And ideal spot for a group of up to 12 people. Just beware of the step down into the kitchen!"
