"Better overall than I anticipated"

"We stayed in the room with the jetted tub. It was everything! The room was clean, it did have a funny smell but we bought spray and it was fine. The room was gigantic, the pictures don’t even do it justice. I couldn’t figure out to start the jetted tub so my wife called and the staff came in literally 2 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Lobby had trash on the floor, like paper and napkins, straws, looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Trash was in the hallway in the same spot my whole 2 night stay, smelled bad. My room was clean and it was quiet which I enjoyed. Nothing to do or eat in walking distance or close driving. Check in & check out was pleasant. "

"Good location off highway, breakfast was included but cold, we certainly ate and we're fine. No vending in lobby. Entrance was not clean. Beds were comfortable enough, we were only there to sleep quick before getting back on road."

"Upon arrival, the AC in our room was not functioning properly, and the temperature remained around 82 degrees throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was visible mold on the refrigerator in the room. Given these conditions, I do not feel the stay met acceptable standards. "

"Large refrigerator and microwave. A lot of storage room. Beds extremely hard and uncomfortable. Hairs were found in bathroom and on bathroom towel. Will not return to this hotel."

"This Hotel is super clean and centrally located. The beds/linens were perfect. They provide all necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, hot breakfast and gym amenities that include work out towels. Tons of outlets, multiple charging options in room as well as desk space if you're working while traveling. Fridge/freezer, coffee, hair dryer, iron+board, wi-fi, cold a/c and late 12pm checkout. The hotel staff were among the best I've seen. The property manager is stellar. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future stays in Bel Air MD."

"The staff was so nice! Cathy was amazing at check in, and I didn't get the man's name at the desk at checkout today but he was so nice too. The people attending the buffet were super, too. The room was clean and free breakfast was great! Thanks! "
