"Staff/check-in was excellent. Our room would not cool down and the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. Most of us didn’t get much sleep and were up moving around all night trying to get comfortable."

"The room was clean, BUT be careful on the bathroom floor! Even just the moisture from steam in the bathroom makes the floor EXTREMELY SLICK. In a handicap room, I actually fell because of the slipperiness of the floor. There was no seat in the shower for someone in a wheelchair, forcing someone to take their own metal chair into the shower. The breakfast was typical and limited: bagels, toast, kids' cereal, and waffles. The one big issue I had was that the cream cheese was from a large tub that was expected to be used/shared by all guests, which is HIGHLY questionable! Parking was ok. While there were not a lot of guests, they were very loud at the pool area and allowed to be outside late. There was also a great deal of noise from the highway that ran next to the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was internet access, but no one was able to give me the access code to utilize it. The outlets next to the bed were VERY loose and barely holding any plugs in them, and none of the USB outlets would hold the plug in them or charge any devices."

"Breakfast is very basic but it is continental breakfast. The rooms are great, clean and the property overall is very nice."
