We loved the service and room at this hotel. The actual driveway to get into the parking lot is a bit confusing (at least for my GPS), but once in the hotel, the room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast had plentiful choices. The staff helped my elderly mother with her needs. The hot tub was clean and wonderfully relaxing after a long drive.

The room I stayed in was very large with a huge bathtub, an electric fireplace, a kitchen with a seated bar... It was beautiful. The staff was amazing - very nice & quickly available to help. I will be looking for this place from here on out.

The air didn't work properly. They had to bring a fan. I could hear a big dog barking from the room. Beds were comfortable. Everything else ok. Just annoyed by the air situation and the fact that you could hear a dog barking so well. Breakfast was ok. The smell was a little.off In the hotel. I assume from the cleaning stuff they use due to animals.being allowed.

The rooms were pretty gross. The showers had been spray painted white. The entire place smelled chemically. I was coughing the entire time. You can hear people flushing toilets all night because the walls are thin. Also, animals are allowed so there were dogs barking throughout the night.
