Staff was great, our room was super. Must have been newly renovated, apart from the carpet - it was beautiful. Amazing with the wellness spa, even though the water could have been warmer. Only bad thing was the room was very cold. Even with the radiator at 5/max, it didn’t warm up the room. We went to reception and said they would try, but couldn’t promise to make the room warmer. It didn’t become warmer, but I got an extra duvet.

Comfortable overnight stop. Great to swim in the outdoor pool after a long day travelling. Rooms very clean, large and comfortable, if slightly dated. Only marked down as food in bar very chip based.

Standard and service at hotel has been decreasing over 5 years: small towels, bathrobe no longer included in the pool suites, facilities in the SPA area needs a make-over, breakfast buffet a bit discount level and pricing at restaurant is to high. Vi hade två nätter här under en längre bilresa. Många plus, God frukost, nära till gränshandel, nära Flensburg som utflyktsmål m bil. Badet på hotellet var uppvärmt, flera olika bastur och härliga aufguss. Inte ett femstjärnigt spa men då hade priset varit mycket högre. Detta var perfekt för oss som familj.

Det er blevet markant dårligere med tiden. Nyt personal der ikke er ret servicemindede eller venlige. Saunagus var meget forskellig, 3 af medarbejderne var gode til det, mens 2 andre der gav gus ikke ved hvad de lavede. Hotellet virker mere og mere slidt, og ulykkerne er kun et spørgsmål om tid.
