"Everything was excellent—the location and the views are beautiful. The only minor inconvenience was the parking, as a designated spot is no longer guaranteed. While you can still park there upon arrival, you may need to use roadside parking."

"The staff were friendly, but the facilities are very outdated and the check-in process takes far too long. We arrived around 3:30 PM, but had to wait in line at the front desk for over 30 minutes. My family visits every year, and unfortunately, this happens every time. On top of that, we were not able to check into our room until after 5 PM because it was not yet cleaned"

"Fridge was not plugged in, hotel extremely run down and filthy. The complete second floor was under demo with glue fumes, dust, old furniture hanging around the hallways. Elevator scary. Bathroom dirty, scum and rust all over tub and faucets. Carpets disgusting with stains . Curtains that don't fit and stained. Outlets don't work and the ones that did were sloppy and hard to keep anything charging."
