The TV initially did not work, staff quickly replaced the batteries. We were allowed to check in early in order to be on time for a wedding. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn in Harrodsburg, KY. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and we felt welcomed during our stay. I especially want to mention Jen. She was absolutely amazing—so kind, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. She really made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. People like Jen are what make a hotel experience memorable. ❤️ The only downside for us was that there was no pool, which would have been a nice extra, especially for families. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the entire building smells like smoke. The halls and inside our guest room, sheets, towels. Everything was embedded with it. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn’t the best option. Also the walls were super thin, lots of noise. I hate to leave negative notes, but for health reasons some of you might need this info.

The staff was excellent--knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The sink could have had more space for toiletries. Did not keep the breakfast items stocked the first day, but the second day was fine. On the whole I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We were not warned that the place was being remodeled. The rooms were not set up as advertised do to the remodel. The pool was a patio. Location was so so. It is a working man's weekly hotel. The food area had a B rate from the state. Overall not horrible but...I will say management did try making the place look good. The staff was excellent.

Kate was super helpful getting me a quiet room in a nearly full occupancy situation. Check in and check out was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room, abundant breakfast with variety choices. No daily room cleaning which was fine for me. Convenient location. I took off one star due to the squeaking mattress. Every time when I got up or turned in bed, it always made loud noises. Hopefully they will correct that soon.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Great with the entire family. Check in was so easy and made the stay even better. Great room for the price. Staff definitely shows pride in their work. We were in town for a junior golf tournament, Check in was easy, they helped me changed the TV from Spanish to English. For the money you get what you pay for, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

When we arrived at the property, we learned that our reservation we had made almost a month earlier, through Expedia, was not in their system. Thankfully, the property owner was on site and told the desk clerk to go ahead and check us into a room while they tried to find the issue. The manager was able to find our reservation and payment, and in the end, all was well. Very nice room, very nice people.

This was probably the weirdest hotel room we ever stayed in. Huge room, oddly laid out, and almost no furniture. What furniture was there was mismatched. There was an odd unpleasant smell in the room. There was significant space under the door, so you heard hallway noise all night long. The bathroom woodwork had some dark splashes on it we didn't want to examine too closely. The personnel were helpful and friendly.

The staff was very nice and let me check in early. The rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in smelled like ciagrettes but was labeled as smoke free. I checked the mattresses for bed bugs and found several large blood like stains. I called and requested another room. The staff was friendly and gave me another without question. The next room was better but the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and the lamp shades and comforters were stained. The hallway on the first floor reeked of pot smoke every time we went through to the point my daughter and I were covering our faces with our shirts. It was a very cheap rate but I cant say I would recommend it to anyone unfortunately.

The room was clean and seemed to be recently updated. HOWEVER, there was a foul smell that we could not identify. The room was damp and in need of a dehumidifier. When we got home I had to wash everything that I had packed and air out my pillow and suitcase. EVERYTHING smelled like stale cigarettes and a cheap hotel.
