Get away from civilization

Enjoyed the farm and the birds. We had a family picnic in memory of my Husbands Mom. Perfect place to celebrate her life.

A great getaway

Everything was great. The house has plenty of room for a weekend getaway. Our gaming group spent the entire weekend playing games and never felt crowded. Plenty of room for multiple games on different rooms but the large dining room table allowed everyone to to get together for a common game. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to prepare their meals. We are going to return for another visit.

Quiet getaway at the farmhouse!

We enjoyed our get together at the farmhouse. The kids loved the birds, cow and dog that visited us, and we loved sitting around the fire. This was half way between for all of us, so the drive was short. We would do it again!

Beautiful property

We had a great time celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday at the farm. So much to do for all ages. I highly recommend the maple syrup farm too. Jake and Hailee could not be more friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Peaceful

The owners are great! Plenty of room and a lot of games to play outside. Enjoy the animals! This is our 3 rd year and we plan on coming back next year! Our home away from home. We love it!

Nova maple farm

This was a great big old farm house on a maple syrup farm. We had a tour of the business from the owner. So informative. We stayed 3 nights over new years and booked again for next year..

Our Family Loves the Nova Maple Syrup Farmhouse

We are happy that we got to pay a return visit to this wonderful location. The house is big and roomy and comfortable and very clean and it has everything you need for a nice family or a group getaway. 8 family members stayed here and one more joined us for a wonderful Thanksgiving. We enjoyed walking in the woods,sitting around the campfire, playing games around the big dining room table, watching Christmas movies on the DVD player and my granddaughters favorite, sampling the maple sugar, candy! Would definitely love to return!!

Remote yet convenient location

This charming house offers ample space for a comfortable stay. Its secluded setting provides a peaceful retreat. Yet, it's conveniently located near essential amenities and festivities. The cozy atmosphere makes it an ideal choice for a memorable gathering. It's the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. We were just a few minutes away from our sons wedding venue. The owners free range farm animals included ducks, turkey, chickens, guinea and peacocks as well as 2 very friendly dogs. My grandchildren loved hearing the rooster crow at them in the morning. We welcomed the owners 2 kids when they came down to play for a little bit as well. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed. We brought clothes and food and we were set for the weekend. My husband was even able to purchase some very delicious fresh maple candy. Communication with the owners was top notch!! We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever needed to be in the area again.

Great stay!

The house was great! It was large enough to provide everyone with their own space. Outdoors is even better. PLENTY of yard to play games, have a fire, or just hang out. There's lots of trails in the woods to explore. Be prepared to be greeted by lots of birds every time you're outside. There's free range chickens - including a rooster who DOES crow - ducks, a goose, a turkey,, a peacock, peahens, and I think some guinea fowl. The hosts provided a container of food so that we could feed them a little each day. Both the kids and adults enjoyed that. The only drawback is that there's bird poop everywhere, but you have to take the good with the bad. The absolute best part is the hosts dog that comes to hang out on an almost daily basis. Her name is Nova and she's sweet, calm and fun to hang out with. While we were there, we had to play a lot of fetch, and she took a couple walks in the woods with us. We loved having her hang around! All in all, the property was great. Very quiet, very peaceful, and very relaxing. A great stay!

This place worked well for our family - all in town for a family wedding. We had good space for our side of the family to relax and share lots of stories. The tour of maple syrup operations was fascinating to us city folk from different parts of the country.

We had a fantastic stay! Hailee and Josh (and their sons!) are gracious hosts who made us feel very welcome. The farmhouse is huge and the layout was perfect for the 10 of us. The kids enjoyed all sleeping in one room for a cousin sleepover. We’re all looking forward to another family get together here in the future!

Stayed for the week and we all had a wonderful time. Beautiful property. Host was lovely. We even got a tour of their maple operation. The property does have free range birds so there was a little bit of bird droppings. But, we were informed of this beforehand, and it really was very minimal and cussed us absolutely no issue. And, my nephew loved seeing the birds. Great place to stay.

WE LOVED IT!!

Our family really enjoyed the four nights we spent here at Thanksgiving with our dogs. The farmhouse was very roomy and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was great. Feeding the animals, taking the tour, walking on the trails, playing frisbee golf, sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the pancakes and syrup left in the house for us to use! Thank you Jake and Hailee! We want to come back!!

Great old farmhouse!

We loved our stay. What a great country atmosphere. So much room for sleeping. Having the 3 bathrooms was also an added plus. The upstairs having the half bath. The firepit right out in the front yard was fun. We loved the tour of the facilities it was so interesting learning how syrup goes from the collection until the end product, then we could buy the end product! Ladies weekend away...we would stay again. Also very close to Gatehouse winery whichas wonderful.

Amazing beautiful and peaceful place to visit

We are a small group of scrapbookers/cardmakers. We had an amazing time here. We loved our hosts. They make you feel so welcoome! We did the tour of the maple business which is totally recommended. Jake and Hailee are great hosts! Property is very clean and everything you need is there. Can't wait to come back!

Fun AND Educational

Jake and Hailee are awesome hosts who respond quickly and are VERY accommodating to requests. The home is comfy, the rooms are large and the kitchen has plenty of storage, upgraded appliances and plenty of counter space. Our grandkids found so much to do that they couldn’t stop talking about the day’s fun at dinner time. They also learned sooo much! Did you know a cow’s tongue feels like sandpaper? I do now! They are still talking about the tour and citing facts about maple sugaring! And the local fishing was outstanding. LOVED OUR TRIP!

Nova Maple Syrup Farm

Excellent property. Comfortable slept extended family of 10. Close to Pymatuning and Conneaut Lakes. Host left clear and detailed instructions and also checked to make sure everything was ok. Everything we needed was provided.
